This saying is a perfect example of Cathrine Bolten, or Cadie as she goes by. Cadie appears to be someone that she really isn’t. She’s pretty and almost looks like she could be a popular girl, but she’s different. Cadie loves all types of sports; this would be where her great figure came from.
Curly, sandy-brown hair, framing her heart-shaped face, covered in layers, the longest layer going past her shoulders. She has naturally cherry red lips, fully but not overly full, the upper lip is a little less full. Cadie has the kind of nose that could only look good on her, if it were to be on anyone else then it would look horrid. Her Dark blue eyes stand out and tell a story of her past. For a 15 year old, Cadie was full in certain areas. At that age many girls are wishing they had more of an hourglass figure or whatnot. But Cadie thought differently, she’d rather not have matured at all. She hated having all the guys’ gazes following her as she walked. She’s more on the short side, 5’6, but she likes being shorter. She weighs around 120 pounds and has a very athletic build from years of soccer and baseball.
Clothing Style:
Cadie is into starting the newest fashion trends and isn’t afraid to go against what the current fashion is. She has no problem with throwing on some old jeans and a soccer jersey with a wif-beeter underneath. She also, like all girls has days where she wants to show off, she’ll wear a pair of short shorts to show off her tanned, toned legs from sun exposure and a tight top, but this is on very rare occasions.
Interesting Clothing Facts:
Cadie has a habit of always wearing jeans except when she’s playing sports then she’s got comfy short, shorts on. She could got all summer with her jeans, she just feels very comfortable in jeans. She has too many to count of the rubber type bracelets that have different meanings with each color. She loves to wear converses and vans.
Personality (1-3 paragraphs):
There are a lot of things that people would label Cadie, she could be almost in any clique she wanted. Cadie is overall a very self-confident person. She works well alone but also loves to work with a group of friends. She has spurts, sometimes she has urges where she wants to cause trouble, skip class, do something stupid, or just have a lot of fun.
Cadie has her mood swings, like everyone else on the planet. People know to stay away from her when she’s in a really bad mood. Sometimes though all she wants is a shoulder to cry on, she doesn’t show it much but she is a very sensitive. She’s a pretty secretive person, only people who are really close to her doe’s she actually open up about her life. But even if you’ve just met her she’s still going to be nice.
History/Background (2-4 paragraphs):
Army Brat. Those two simple words seem to throw people off so much, they meet Cadie and know that she’s too young to be in the Army and as far as they know she isn’t a brat. She gets that look, the same one from everyone who doesn’t know what an Army brat is. Cadie always smiles politely and explains that her dad is in the Army therefore she is an Army brat. Some times they get it, other times you can tell they don’t get it at all.
Cadie was born into an Army family, both her mom and dad worked in the Army. Cadie thought it was the coolest thing in the world to have parents who knew how to fight the bad guys. By the time she was three her mother was pregnant again. She was a very ecstatic about having a baby brother or sister. Sure enough it was a sister. For the first two years they got along great, but by the time she was 5 and her sister, Annabel, was 2, they were always fighting. As they got older it just keep getting worst. When Cadie was 7 they moved.
By the time Cadie 13 she found out her mother was pregnant with another kid, Annabel, now 6, was upset about. Annabel kept complaining about how she would have to share her toys. Cadie was actually a little excited again about it; she knew that she would get along better with this baby. During labor, though, there were problems, Cadie mother died giving birth to a baby boy later named James. During this time her father was deployed, so they were living with there mothers best friend who was always getting drunk. This forced Cadie to grow it up a little bit. By the time she was 14 and started her freshman year, they moved again, she would be starting her sophomore year at a new high school; this wasn’t something she was even close to happy about.

Army brat. Most would be mad if they were called a brat, after all the definition of a brat is someone who is extremely spoiled or ill-mannered. But to Cadie, being an Army Brat was something special to her, she liked the title, it meant that she had a family member serving to help our country, what could be better then that?
Cadie walked into the girls bathroom of her new school, her being an army brat seemed to come as a surprise to a lot of kids today, she had to explain in front of classes more then once that she wasn’t actually calling herself a brat and what it really meant. She glanced at herself in the mirror. Her sandy hair was pulled into a messy low bun with loss curls hanging out around her face. She had on a necklace with dog tags hanging on it, one was with her dads’ information, it was an extra he gave her before they moved here. Another tag hanging from the necklace was that of her mothers when her mother served in the army.
Thinking about her mom still seemed to make her upset, she couldn’t bare to look at the dog tag, or even a photo of her mother yet. She pushed the thought of her dead mother to the back of her head and looked back at her reflection. She was wearing light blue jeans with a soccer jersey from her old soccer team, with a pair of black converse. She didn’t love her reflection today, her hair was greasy from not being washed that morning, and it was extremely hot outside, but she didn’t look horrid.
Cadie turned away from her reflection and walked out the bathroom door, she ran into someone, knocking not only them over, but herself as well. She stood up grabbing her bag off the ground and slinging it over her right shoulder. She looked up to who she had bumped into.
“Sorry, wasn’t looking” she said a light red going to her already naturally rosy cheeks.
